We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very convenient, being in close proximity to the city center. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service, bicycle hire, and assistance with tours and tickets. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered dining options, including in-room breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an exercise gym. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Friendly staff, helpful service, nice boutique hotel, pleasant overall experience, beautiful lighting and wooden panel flooring, straight buses to Taichung city centre.

The location is convenient to explore the city, with various options for dining and sightseeing nearby. We enjoyed the cozy room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the helpful staff provided local tips on transportation and even shared some snacks with us. the artistic touch of the hotel, especially in the fantastic basement playpen and basic gym, was impressive.
The limited gym access policy was disappointing.

The room was cozy and well-designed with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our New Year celebration more delightful with their helpful service. The hotel offers free coffee all day, which was a bonus for coffee lovers like us. the hotel is located near a straight bus route to the city center and other tourist attractions, which made it convenient to explore the area.
The breakfast option was limited to pre-ordered KFC breakfast. It would have been better if there were local food options available for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. I really enjoyed the cozy rooms with their warm yellow lighting and wooden panel flooring. While the location was not central, it was easily accessible by straight buses. Despite some noise from the corridors, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Good Location, Free Snacks
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help us with any requests we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were always free snacks available to enjoy. The location was convenient, with straight buses to the city centre and nearby shopping centres. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the warm and inviting decor of the hotel. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations for local attractions.
The limited dining options available for dinner on Christmas Day. It was difficult to find a place to eat that was open and serving food.
